Tuesday, October 14th, the West Chester University women’s volleyball team defeated Holy Family College, sweeping them in three straight sets.

Julia O’Brien of West Chester led the team with 16 kills, followed by Marina Sharkey, who had eight. Lyndsey Iacobelli led the team with 21 digs, followed by Annalee Halbert, who had eight. West Chester was able to control momentum in the first set, and took that momentum with them the next two sets. They won the first set 25-22, took the second set 25-22, and then closed out the match with a 25-15 win. West Chester now moved to 13-10 on the season.

Next up for the Lady Rams is a PSAC matchup on the road against East Stroudsburg on Thursday, and then they will travel to Kutztown on Saturday for a 3 p.m. start time.
