West Chester crowned a national champion in Kimberly Spiegel, becoming the first-ever Women’s Champion since the Wrestling Program at West Chester began. Junior Luke Bilyeu placed 3rd in the 141 pound weight class, his second All-American finish; Bilyeu also finished 3rd two years ago. Bilyeu went 17-3 on the year. West Chester led the nation with six Academic All-Americans (tied with Central Florida).
