Even the slightest bit of sun makes a sparkle on our beautiful skin

A beautiful brown of many colors filled with the deep pigmentation of variations of color

Our deep brown eyes blazing with a crisp of a twinkle like the night sky

Our so called “undefined” hair used to make a brand new creation

What is it to inherit this beautiful color black?

The warm chestnut, a light tan or deep coffee

Beyond the stars there are none like us

So when our identity is questioned

Remember the inheritance formed by our great ancestors

Remember your dignity and privilege to be apart of the color so called “Black”

Our beautiful skin is like no other

So when your beauty is questioned

Remember the imprints of color formed by your great ancestors who scream

Black is Beautiful.
