We’re looking at a beatdown in the Big Apple, a Viking ambush in Cleveland and a shutout in South Philly. It’s not worldwide chaos; it’s just week eight of the NFL. However, with conference matchups, first time starters and an unpredictable former Super Bowl contender in the Falcons who knows what will happen on any given Sunday. One thing we do know is who will play well no matter the final score.

Start ‘Em:

QB Carson Wentz: You better get on the Wentz wagon because it’s running through every defense in the league so far this season. The second year sensation is averaging 20 points a game and continues to light up the scoreboard week after week. With back to back games with three or more touchdowns Wentz seems like a lock in for week eight as the Eagles face off against a shaky 49ers defense at home.

WR Adam Thielen: Thielen has not only proved that he can make plays against any team but with multiple quarterbacks as well. Whether it be Bradford under center or Case Keenum, Thielen has continued to put up numbers. With an average of 14 fantasy points this season, look for his average to surge now that former starter Teddy Bridgewater is back.

RB Le’Veon Bell: The juice is loose and I’m not just saying that because O.J. just got out. Bell is back in full form and a tough Lions defense does not scare him. Since week 2, Bell has had 19 or more points and has not shown any signs of slowing down. Bell not only offers some inexplicable runs but can also catch like a receiver, so if you are going to do anything for your fantasy team add this beast to your lineup for week eight.

Sit ‘Em:

QB Deshaun Watson: Although the rookie has been lighting defenses up with multiple Sportscenter Top 10 plays, he is not ready to carve up a proven-hungry Seattle defense. Although the Seahawks are not the team they were a year ago their defense still must be respected. For that reason keep Watson on your bench.

RB Kareem Hunt: Am I crazy for this suggestion? You’re probably thinking yes, but against the number one rushing defense in the NFL I can’t see Hunt running up and down the field. Although I am an absolute Hunt fanatic and start him every week, this defense does not bend nor break and that is why for week eight he’ll be on my bench.
