On Feb. 5 at Sprout Music Collective, we will be holding a two-part event to raise awareness, demonstrate, and, most importantly, celebrate the mind, body, and soul connection.

This is a different way to network and join forces with local individuals in the industry.

We each have a different way of finding balance, discovering our bliss, and finding our purpose. While it’s a solo journey, we want to simplify and support your voyage. We hope that this will encourage the collective to start sharing their struggles, fears, and inspirations.

Global change must begin with individual transformation, my friends. Come out to connect, collaborate, and cultivate the future with us.

Part I (Free): From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. festivities include, but are not limited to, yoga, group meditation, holistic demonstrations, complimentary massages, and different forms of energy healing.

There will be an open mic for attendants and participants to share their individuality through poetry, inspirational speaking, and acoustic music. There will also be craft vendors, tarot card readings, live art, raffles, and a photobooth. Roots Cafe has prepared a seasonal $5 food menu using local, organic products that accommodate vegan and gluten free lifestyles. All ages are welcomed with open arms.

Part II (Free with membership): From 9 p.m. to 2 p.m. in our “Celebration of Life,” we will be gathering together to form a community of creative culture and conscious living.

The event is designed to be a beautiful new experience in the town of West Chester which stimulates the mind, inspires creativity, and revives the movement of revolutionary art.

With intentions of creating a closely knit, family-like atmosphere, we are lucky enough to be blessed with West Chester’s own MojoRisN, as he properly warms up the floor for our headlining act, Wax Future.

Philadelphia’s own street artist-extraordinaire, Get Up, will be joining us to construct a live art installation. The opening and closing sets will be provided throughout the night by a collection of other like-minded local artists. Dancing is recommended.

While we feel this atmosphere will be welcoming and immersive, we understand that every individual feels at home in their own separate way.

With that being said, our gracious neighbors over at Optimal Massage are transforming their space into a “Zen Den.”

This will provide an escape from the sound to drink some tea, relax, and conversate with others.

Outdoor activities will also be an option, weather permitting. You must be 21 or older to engage.

Non-Sprout members can become a member at the door for just $5. Please keep in mind this membership lasts for one full year.

A big thank you and lots of love to our participants and supporters: The Roots Cafe, Optimal Massage, Brandywine Yoga, Seva Power Yoga, Arts Holding Hands and Hearts, Transformation Yoga Project, The Prana House, Inc., Healing Hearts, Dandy Goat Beard Care, Twin Tree Healing, Blackcrow Adventure Tours, Beautycounter, and many more.

Come out and join us as we embark on this journey.

When we all come together and connect how we are supposed to, it’s not hard to imagine what the results may be.

Let us allow the power of our hearts, intuition, breath, spirit, and energy cultivate a community that allows us to be healthy, and most importantly, happy.

Find our event page on Facebook and RSVP for your free ticket. Please reach out to EatRealAndGrow@gmail.com for questions or involvement. I hope to see you all there.
