Well West Chester, in this edition of The Quad I must announce with a heavy heart that this will be my last edition as editor-in-chief. It has been quite a fun ride, but because time always moves onward, all things come to an end. However, it is how we handle our final moments that set the tone for all that is to come. So let me set the tone by saying thanks. Read on below:

Thank you to Clare Heaggerty, for several years of service to the Quad, and for faithfully and dutifully running the Quad’s news section.

Thank you to Theresa Kelly for working as our features editor and for taking on the job as editor-in-chief in the fall.

Thank you to Jose Mestre, our photography editor, for single-handedly redesigning the entire newspaper, for dutifully taking photos, and for designing the front, back and center spread of the newspaper.

Thank you to Colleen Goldhorn, our assistant photography editor for taking photos and for dutifully designing the front, back and center spread of the newspaper.

Thank you to Molly Herbison, also for her several years of service as our entertainment editor.

Thank you to Drew Mattiola, for taking my position as Op-Ed editor.

Thank you to our sports editors, Ryan Calpin and AJ Arcaini, for managing the Quad’s largest section, and for producing the Quad’s “Not so Golden Rams” on a regular basis.

Thank you to Colleen Curry, our assistant news editor, for maintaining the Quad’s social media outlets, and for maintaining our two calendar pages, our Google calendar and the one we publish regularly in each edition of the Quad.

Thank you to our copy-editors, Stephanie Loeh, Jeffrey Holmes, and Veronica Mattaboni for reading each edition of the newspaper twice over, and to Veronica for accepting the role of managing editor in the fall.

Thank you to Ashley Cantasano, for taking on the role of advertising manager and for giving the Quad a much needed ad revenue boost.

Thank you to Drew Schmitz, for dutifully serving as our business manager, and thank you to the Mark Shollenberger, for taking his place.

Thank you to Michael Leisenring and Timothy Grentz, for dutifully distributing the newspaper every Monday.

And thank you to our faculty advisor, Dr. T, for giving solid advice to me over this past year, and for his many long years of overseeing the Quad.
