Hello West Chester!
Any day we have to spend together is a good day right? I hope everyone enjoyed our surprise snow day we had on Friday; it was a very opportune time to get caught up on work, and sleep.
Hopefully the weather co-operates with us from here on out, it is officially Spring after all. We are all looking forward to warmer weather as we get ready for the final push from here until the end of the academic year. Spring break marked the halfway point through the semester.
If you are a second semester senior like I am, this can be a very terrifying and exciting prospect. Getting ready to leave the university after this place has been my home for the past four years is almost unreal. But at the same time, it is time to try something new.
If you are not a second semester senior, then I hope you will make good use of the time you still have here. College only comes once, but once it comes we remember it forever.
Aside from the weather and graduation, a few weeks ago The Quad sent a group of editors to New York City for a media conference. And what we learned was quite eye opening. Be on the lookout for several new changes coming down the pike, we are always striving to make the news service of West Chester University better, and to that end we are always learning and trying new things.
