Isn’t it strange the endless circling possessions have on a human life? Someone might need to get a car to get you to work to pay for the car that got them to work! However the practicality of cars is well founded. But there is another thing out there, a pandemic on our society.
Cellular phones have become so incredibly popular it’s hard to remember what they are for after all is said and done. True they come in handy when a car flips over and someone is stuck inside or perhaps when an instance arises where two parties need to catch each other at a moments notice. These situations come about perhaps once every three hundredth user. Not to say that they aren’t the cheapest little gadgets in the world.
In truth cell phones hardly have purpose, they are simply toys. It’s a race to see who can get the smallest cell phone packed with the most irritating ring tones, gadgets, and crap the normal person can happily live without. Some have voiced that they can’t live without their cell phone, strange, people can live without half of their lungs and these people are going to die if a tiny insignificant piece of metal and plastic aren’t attached to the side of their head.
These things practically isolate every individual in the human race. People don’t solve problems with each other anymore, they merely scream at arbitrary text messages that just keep flashing on that stupid thing in their palm without the sense to just turn it off or get rid of it. No, they are slaves to it, they have to keep it on and they have to respond to who ever calls. It’s like that old saying, “we become slaves to what we hold close.” Something pressed against the side of the head can’t get any closer.
Again its not that cell phones are evil or worthless instruments of communication, they are just abused. Avoid a brain tumor and turn off the cell phones.
