Moore prepares students for grad school

Earlier in this semester, the dean of support studies gave a presentation on the steps to take while trying to get into grad school. Since we are approaching many deadlines for applications for students who plan to attend in the fall of 2004, lets get a jumpstart in preparing for next year. Dr. Quincy Moore stated that many students do not apply for graduate school due to a term he calls, “possibility blindness.” He stated that students have an idea of going to graduate school, but don’t know for sure. He said another reason for students not applying for grad school is “because they are simply afraid to fail.”
