Well, folks… he did it again. The fan-proclaimed “GOAT” of this season has once again struck a blow into the game, taking out yet another strategic threat. Tony, who has been very quiet for the first half of this season, finally emerged last week as a huge target. After taking out Sophie, it brought us back to camp, where Sarah and Tony got into a rather heated argument. As they argued in the midst of the night, the rest of the tribe was chuckling as they listened to the two argue.

As the night progressed, Sarah and Tony’s argument eventually died down into much more strategic talk about recent vote-off Sophie’s idol that was put back in play. Once the morning came, everyone went right to finding the idol. Kim knew that Tony was a huge threat after just being blindsided, and she began to round her troops in order to vote him out. While looking for the idol, Tony was near the water well with Ben as Ben found it and tried to hide it, but Tony called him out on it.

After Ben found the idol, he made it clear that he wanted Jeremy gone. He wouldn’t even talk to him, as others began to watch what was going on, Nick and Michelle stirred with Denise to make a final three alliance, working with Kim against Jeremy, Sarah, and Tony. Meanwhile, on the Edge of Extinction, the voted-out castaways were put into a grueling challenge of running to grab one coconut at a time until they stacked twenty coconuts. The first six won two fire tokens, as the rest got nothing.

At the Immunity Challenge, the goal was to stand at a perch with your hand high above you the longest, without dropping the bucket of water on you. Host Jeff Probst brought back the men and women’s individual immunity, as an old classic from Season 3 (Africa) wreaked havoc once again on the castaways. As the time ticked down, Probst proceeded to offer up a very tasty reward to the remaining men and women. Peanut butter, cookies and milk were offered as Kim immediately jumped on it, knowing she was going to be safe.

However, Tony had something to say about that, as he and Denise ended up outlasting to win their respective immunity necklaces. Tony had secured his third immunity in a row. Kim’s plan to take out Tony was no more, but Ben’s plan came into clear sight. Once back at camp, Tony immediately went to work. Ben revealed Kim’s plan to Tony, as Tony and Sarah pushed for Kim to be blindsided. Michelle was forced to give her 50/50 advantage to Jeremy as a safeguard. At Tribal Council, the members of the Edge looked on as tensions flared once again between the remaining players. Talks continued on as Jeff watched from the podium and no advantages were played. Tony managed to get the last laugh when Kim was blindsided in the end, with five votes to the Edge of Extinction. Now, as this past week’s episode ended, there are only a few weeks left leading up to the finale this month. Be sure to tune in every Wednesday until then, especially this coming Wednesday for a two-hour episode of “Survivor: Winners at War” on CBS!
