This past week on “Survivor: Winners at War” brought a massive blindside, as well as a great immunity challenge and a two-tribe tribal council. The episode began with the post-Rob tribal council on the Yara tribe, as Ben and Adam successfully flipped on the proclaimed “Survivor Godfather.” Sophie and Sarah celebrated the entire day as the buddy system of Rob was gone, and they could do whatever they wanted. However, what Yara didn’t know was that, moments later, each tribe was ready for their usual immunity challenge. When Dakal, Sele and Yara came to their respective mats, host and executive producer Jeff Probst announced that two tribes would be going to Tribal, one after the other as only one would win immunity in the challenge.

In the immunity, the goal was to have three steps completed. The first was to carry bags of rice off a boat to the beach, where each tribe had to get the bags of rice through a small hole in which each tribe member had to climb over and help get each bag through the hole properly.

Afterward, one tribe member had to cut open the bags of rice with a knife to get three balls. Lastly, the tribe to get each ball in the three holes upon a final puzzle would win. In this challenge, it was rough for the Dakal Tribe as they struggled to catch up to Yara and Sele with the rice bags. as with the rice bags they struggled to catch up to Yara and Sele. Sele and Yara blew through the puzzle, as Yara narrowly beat Sele with a massive error made by Sele’s Wendell. As Yara won, Sele and Dakal went back to camp dejected, unknowing of what they were going to do.

When it came to Sele, Wendell kept talking about how he wanted Parvati out, but Parvati managed to get Wendell to offer himself to flip against his alliance members, Nick and Yul. At Tribal, Parvati’s plan seemed to be working from the outside, but Wendell got the best of her as Parvati was the first of the night to be voted out into the Edge of Extinction. Meanwhile, at the Dakal Tribe, Sandra had her troops in order to take out the remaining old Sele members Denise and Jeremy, as they thought that Denise wasn’t really a threat to her. Insulted by this, Denise was definitely angry but didn’t show it.

Later on, Sandra tried to barter two fire tokens for her idol that she had, and Denise took the offer out of saving her own game. When it came to Tribal Council, Sandra once again called Denise out as a “non-threat”, but it proved to work against her. After voting, Denise revealed not one, but two immunity idols to save herself and Jeremy, making her the only vote. Sandra was sent to Extinction in one of the biggest blindsides in Survivor history as all other votes were against Denise, leaving the rest of Dakal stunned in shock.

If you haven’t watched any of this season, this episode will surely leave you on your toes. Find out what other craziness happens next week on “Survivor: Winners at War” on CBS!
